November 24, 200817 yr Since you are f2p, your best bet for making money while getting a 99 is probably woodcutting (Mining is painful). You can chose a faster way which makes less money in willows or you can chose yews which provide you with more money.

November 25, 200817 yr Woodcutting, Fishing, Mining, and Combat Stats are next-to-free. (Runecrafting is cheap, to start, and profitable, towards the end.)
November 25, 200817 yr I would do woodcutting, it will give you a decent amount of cash. Fishing will bring you out at about equal if you want to do that. (power fishing barb vill)
