November 24, 200817 yr My idea to outline the shapes, strange you may think. 102 Layers & about 2-3 and a half hours pentooling. or check out the piece on DeviantArt: click me!. ;) 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
November 24, 200817 yr Would we be able to see a non outlined version? The lines really don't appeal to me.
November 24, 200817 yr Looks cool. I like the outlines, they just need to be cleaned up (i.e. not so shaky) in a couple areas. Can we see the original?
November 25, 200817 yr The outlines are a tad too jerky and distracting but I like it. I think it is well done apart from the smile which is tacky. Good shading as well. Nice work little!
November 25, 200817 yr Author Lock this topic please, this isn't a vector according to PR. It's just crap. 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM

November 26, 200817 yr Lock this topic please, this isn't a vector according to PR. It's just crap. Are you serious? I wouldn't get it locked, just because they said so. Everyone who posted on this thread has said you have done a mighty good job. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
November 26, 200817 yr It's not technically a vector since it hasn't been made in a vector programme. It's called a vexel (portmanteau of vector and pixel). But to be honest you save them in the same file types, so it's not really that big a deal.
November 26, 200817 yr Who really gives a damn about technicalities. It looks great and has so much more style put into it than the simple "trace over an object" vectors that people seem to think makes them so skilled. Love the image, but I'd get rid of the right side text. I don't really think a lot of people on PR know anything about other mediums other than what goes on into a signature anyways.
November 26, 200817 yr Author K, thanks. I'll post a version without watermarks soon. 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
November 26, 200817 yr Have to semi disagree with you on the last sentence, but your right, few people have style, about 50% of the signatures on that site are K' whored sprites. Hey I like it, I just don't like that "smile" text coming out of his mouth. Some of the lines are a bit shakey though. danke Schon Sam!^^"Blood runs thicker, oh were thick as thieves you know"-Carl Barât

There is quite a lot of style and skill that goes into them As to the image it's good and I see you spent time on it but ijust don't like the style

The later being easy and un-artistic.
