Omfg that's hilarious! Ok, best place to mine would be skill necklace and crafting guild, balloon to the guild isn't very far behind. After that, it's the Brimhaven north mine with a Brimhaven house. Second of all, when it comes time to recharge it, you need to have done the Legends Quest to do it. So unless you've got a big budget and can buy 10+ Skills Necklaces, its not really an option you should be considering. Arzanian mine is pretty good, but its so far from a bank you can't really afford to bank any of the gems you get; as a result you'd have to drop them. Also the dwarf who banks the gold ore for you takes a cut which is totally not cool of him :shame: Out of all the options, the best would be to get 50 construction and put your house Brimhaven. The demon butler will bank your ores 26 at a time. You can also put your house in Brimhaven and put a mounted glory amulet in your house (this requires a much lower construction level; level 27 I believe). This means you would teleport to your house, leave, mine the ores, go back to your house, use the glory amulet to teleport to edgeville, bank, then teleport back to your house. Or actually I'm suprised nobody's mentioned this: Hot air balloons. It's way easier than using the skill neclace and only 10 seconds longer.
