Will H
To be honest, she did used to go to one before. However, she wasn't very... professional. They got into an argument and the doctor basically told her to [bleep] off after they had a bit of a fight >_> However, I would like to say that she is doing much better now, and.... We got together last week. n_n I'd like to thank each of you for your support, everyone's help in posting, I really have to say, I had almost given up. But I think that maybe we should keep this topic going, for other people who have friends who are suicidal or if even they them selves are. It's a welcome place that they know the people here, and they can trust them, the same reasons I created it here. I'm gonna edit the first post now, saying how anyone who needs help or has something they think would help someone, to please post. Again, thank all of yall sooo much... Yall rock. n_n Re-sult! It's good to hear that she's feeling better now, she can start to move positively and rebuild her life and start truly living it again. =D> ~ W ~
Bac_Talan
The best thing to do to ensure that she doesn't commit suicide is to call 911 and get her to the emergency room ASAP. Thats worse than leaving it alone. You are just broadcasting to everyone "I HAVE A PROBLEM" which lowers self esteem and kills you inside. This problem will take many months or even years to work out and will not come from a quick fix. Ok, correction: That's if they have a chance of committing suicide at any time. If you're completely sure it's fine for the moment, that's not necessary. (And it's possible to cover up the reason for a hospital visit somewhat..) And while it's not an option to be taken lightly, it's by far the best option if the situation's really bad. Low self-esteem > death. (Since it doesn't appear to be like that though, ignore what I said.) I once shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die.Pics or it didn't happen. I hate my generation. ProtoGuy
Yeah, but she moved in with her older sister now, she's 31 so she can stay as long as she wants. =) So yaayyy! Stabililtyyyy. \ But going back to the first post, If any of yall have something you'd like me to put in there, post it here or PM it to me and I'll more than gladly quote it in. n_n I used to be suicidal myself, I know how much it hurts and how hard it is to pull your self out. It's ALWAYS a good thing to know someone who was there. One of the main reasons why I want to keep this board going. I like stir fry
