November 27, 200817 yr There isn't really a standard. Some people can get 99 at PP without getting one, other people I know have gotten 5 Sceptres between 71 and 81.
November 27, 200817 yr I know a friend who got around 14 from 71 - 99. It's completely random, it may take you weeks to get one, however I wish you good luck! :

November 27, 200817 yr No, ring of wealth only gives a slightly better chance of rarer items dropped by monsters. Not mini-games etc.

November 28, 200817 yr Just a 0.02$ : ALWAYS have an free inventory solt when looting golden chests, especially when you are out of time... Missing a sceptre because of inventory space woud be sooooo bad :wall: Oh baby light the dark side...

I've gotten one myself on my first ever PP (test) trip, way to save cash :P Back to our present matter, you're immediately kicked out when you get the sceptre, and it gets laid to your feet if you can't store it, so you can just drop one artifact and pick it up. You're being watched.
