With 61 thieving, how many runs of Pyramid Plunder should I expect before I get it?

There isn't really a standard. Some people can get 99 at PP without getting one, other people I know have gotten 5 Sceptres between 71 and 81.

I know a friend who got around 14 from 71 - 99.

 

 

 

It's completely random, it may take you weeks to get one, however I wish you good luck! :

No, ring of wealth only gives a slightly better chance of rarer items dropped by monsters. Not mini-games etc.

It speeds up trips dramatically - Could have tried buying one, not succeded, and is trying to see how long it takes to get one.

ALWAYS have an free inventory solt when looting golden chests, especially when you are out of time...

 

Missing a sceptre because of inventory space woud be sooooo bad :wall:

i was training thieving the other day at plunder and got one, it only took me a few hours, i went from 53-62 and got one at lvl 58 i think, maybe im just lucky i guess 8-)

Yes, it would be, but you must never have gotten a sceptre. I've gotten one myself on my first ever PP (test) trip, way to save cash :P Back to our present matter, you're immediately kicked out when you get the sceptre, and it gets laid to your feet if you can't store it, so you can just drop one artifact and pick it up.
