i was just wondering if perm banned truely means banned for life?

 

im not sure if this is the right place to post it but i do need adivice on this so where else would it be posted?

 

i ask this because my main was banned for some pretty dumb things, but i do have a new account already lvl 121 after 2 monthes, plz o plz can somone answer my question :wall:

No they take off some black marks every year or so maybe even every 6 months. It's usually when a huge update comes out like summoning which was the last time they did it.

like my account is unable to appeal any more offences and stuff, so in like 1 year it will be unbanned? because i had alot of 99s and training them a 2nd time is even worse then the 1st lol, but on the other hand by the time i could or may be unbanned i prob will be maxed on my new account lol, and y isnt my signature showing up :shock:

I have an account banned the same year rs2 came out. He has 10 blackmarks and will never be unbanned. So yes, they are banned for life.

Permanent: continuing or enduring without marked change in status or condition or place

You claim to have a lvl 121 with 99s after only 2 months of gameplay? That's kind of hard to believe... (unless you skipped bathroom breaks and haven't had any social interactions during that time)

 

 

 

Yeah, "permanently" banned means for life. My alt was given 9 black marks (for no reason) over a year ago, and even after Summoning came out nothing changed. So don't get your hopes up too much, it's a long shot. :|

yea im not getting my hopes up to much but ive heard from a few people that say they were perm banned getting unbanned so i thought id ask around, and yes i do have a new account with A 99, but i failed to mention my "New Account" was one i had from back in the day and was already like lvl 80 or somthing, but now its lvl 121, 90attc 93 str 90 def 91hp 65 summong, 99 firemaking, and 55m, meh i live at bandits and godwars what can i say :D

I know acouple people who got banned for stuff that just added up nothing major like pass scamming or macroing. They do take black marks off for the less major rules. Also you can post your account for review on the Runescape Official forums. But due to the amount of posts the thread will be down for a week or 2.

runescape officail furoms? never heard of it? imma look for that because all my offences were very minor things, and i went monthes before throwing away my last chance, thanks for the help

If I remember rightly, when Summoning came out they let people with minor offences appeal to have those black marks removed...

Permanent bans are almost always temporary. :roll: I really don't get this topic. Why would someone remove blackmarks from someone who is permanently banned?

little late for this but hmm guess i shoulda been smart and kept my big mouth shut, wouldnt be the 1st time it got me into a problem i couldnt solve with my fists! but yea thanks for the tip

I'm not sure why someone further up said that they remove black marks, it's just not true. I've had a perm banned account for 3 years and nothing has changed on it. You can add your name to the Account Review Thread, but they said it was going to be closed for two weeks (that was more than a month ago). I'm praying that it reopens so I can get my first account back.

They actually did randomly lift a bunch of peoples perm mutes and bans.
