No, that is unofficial, as are all others... There is no "official" one.

I know that there are a few unofficial ones... There are at least two general ones (forsakenmage's and evil_mumm_ra's, right?) and there's the Blogscape chat... Not sure what that one is now.

When I see people say it, I pronounce it "poon" in my head. Makes more sense to me. My friend said it in real life once and I almost kneed him in the family-maker.

You're unofficial.

Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.

You're unofficial.

Is that really necessary?

Tip.it has no OFFICIAL ingame chat; but there are two unofficial chats, belonging to Forsakenmage and Evil Mumm Ra.

As tipit has no control over these chats this is off topic and will probably be locked.

^It isn't official - an official chat is considered to be advertising by Jagex #-o

There's 2 unofficial Clacn Chats:

Evil Mumm Ra - Used to be Blogscape chat

Forsakenmage - The chat for any other TIF'ers.

You're face/mother is unofficial

And im pretty sure there is no official clan chat unless evil_mumm_ra's got its status upgraded

Theres a fine line between not listening and not caring,

I like to think I walk this line every day.

Pinning blame on Jagex is like trying to put pants on an old man.

You both know he needs them, but he'll just keep dancing around, avoiding them at all costs.
