There are various ways, a few of my favourites include,

 

 

 

Hunter (red chins)

 

Slayer

 

Runecrafting

 

Merchanting (world 2/G.E)

Woodcutting yews is fairly afk-able.

 

 

 

If you've got some Varrock armor, buy the battlestaves off of Zaff and sell them on the GE for some profit. I can make about 30k/day doing it, so that will help lessen your money to be earned.

There isn't many options at your skills. The best money would be cutting yews and selling them, though you could buy battlestaves and sell everyday if you have Varrock armour.
