It's a step back to cartoony situations...what to say ? I wasn't sure i could be in the right mood to make good cartoony sigs anymore recently but...well...i realy love this one. Realy. The smile is intended to be saying "Ehi i'm smart" ... not "ehi i'm cute" ... But i won't change it more cause the buyer noted how much he loves it this way... I might try that again :twisted:. It's just a real problem with the loading times. Sometimes it was perfect and sometimes it wasn't even close. I"ll probably put that back in for now and do a new one. I was so original and awesome with that :D Edit: I remember I did it around the blood and gore rule and they suspended my signature for a week for it cause it was too something...I don't know that didn't make me happy. (better stop before i start singing feeling good here, wonder why nobody noticed the great outwindow background yet..) even the in-room stuff is good and very inspiring, i have yet to see a inside-room pixel then that (moste err in-rooms :? are rushed). o and loving the chars outside.. but comparing them to the birds on the left.. the birds above the city look humongous! now dont get me wrong this sig has more flaws then your others.. despite its beautifull background. now the main problem isn't the facial apearance tho ill get to that later.. its the shading on the skin. the shading on the skin is very flat however the hair seems 3D which sort of saves the character.. About her creapy looks wel the people are right. She has a smile that would fit the Joker, if she's "ehi im smart" she should smile a bit more arrogant.. thats not really how a blink looks.. cartoony or not the left eye looks like her world just came crashing down and is sort of going psychotic (like in cartoons) however despite the skin and face this sig is very good and out-tops 99% of the sigs on this board Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The girl expression perfectly matched the buyer's request, and since he told me the girl's real life apparence was very close to it, i'm VERY VERY satisfied of that and i see no point why i shouldn't be or why i should change it. I still do pixel sigs for my costumers, and since i get paid from them they have all the rights to decide what they want. I just try my best to fit their taste. On the other hand the Skin is the way I wanted it to be. Soft and smooth, and yes...cartoony so not textured and stuff, leaving to the hair the rule to put it in a more 3d way. Not gonna change it or consider it flawed. I tried a normal shading and this one, since i spend a lot of time on whatever i make, i decided this one was the best choice for what i was aiming for. I personaly think that way of shading works great cause else we'll be in front of a "realistic" char that wuold have required a total different color choice and global shading...that's not actualy what i was after. And about the birds...who says they'r flying over the city ? :? Think outside the box :P Anyway i love long and good CC's like yours, Quer, they'r the best way to talk about the sig in a deeper way. Psychochump: red is mine, Biox and i traded for the wedding...bride has to wear white :P Jeppoz: everyone that knows me says the smile matches my evil side (i do not look like that irl :P ) I think the sig is awesome!!
