Johannas
I will be using... Black Mask (+15% att + 15% str) Dragon slaying gloves (+10% att) Piety (+25% def, +23% str and +20% to your att) Super set (Increases my att, str and def by 17 to 99 each) So ultimately... My attack would be ~143 My strength would be ~137 My defence would be ~124 I would like to melee these if possible since i like the dragon mace special : Just wanted to check they will all stack. I will be wearing iniate, just wanted to know you opinions on a stole vs fury Thanks Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!

Headnazgul
They all stack but from what I've heard, barrows gloves are more advantageous than dragonslayer gloves, as they give more than just attack bonuses. In terms of the long-held debate of prayer bonus vs attack bonus, as far as I'm concerned, attack bonus is your priority. A fury is far better than a stole for steels. Johannas
Ok thanks guys - i might just flash piety on for my specs. Also decieded dragon slayer gloves are worth it for the extra exp too And sorry about the wrong forum! - had two windows open, one on each forum and obviously didn't look properly - it was accidental. Thanks for your help. Thank you to tripsis for an awesome sig!
Headnazgul
If you want the extra xp from the dragonslayer gloves just equip them right before you kill the dragon.
stormveritas
It's also well worth the effort to both stick to irons (there are more of them, they die more easily, and drop the same stuff) and get yourself proselyte armor. Proselyte is really terrific.
Johannas
I'm too tired tonight - gonna call it a day! Making too many errors :wall: I was using proselyte, just i've been so used to calling it initiate it sticks in my head And i'm killing steel dragons for slayer, but thanks for the feeback anyway storm. llamster
remember to use a leaf bladed sword. That's only for lower levels, in which case you shouldn't be killing them in the first place. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
ilovecardj
Leaf bladed sword is the best melee weapon for mithril dragons, not sure if its better at steels than a whip but it may be true Dragon Drops: 80+ boots, 7 med, 3 skirt, 2 left half, 2 Spear, 2 2hSlayer: 30+ whips, 4 Bows, 1 Mask, 3 Granite Legs, 1 Visage (Wyverns)Notable GWD Splits: Bandos Tassets: 12, Bandos Chest: 11, Bandos Hilt: 2Proud Slayer of 99 Att/Str/Def/HP/Range/Summoning
llamster
Leaf bladed sword is the best melee weapon for mithril dragons, not sure if its better at steels than a whip but it may be true Well the difference between a mithril dragon's defence and a steel dragon's is as least as much as the difference between a steel and an iron, based on their combat levels. Either way I've been told that a whip is better. Oh, and why the heck would you use a super defence pot if you're using prayer?
