also on Devart here.

C/c, whatever you think needs some help on? (that makes no sense... whatever could be better, which is probably all of it... )

Also, does anyone have a specific typography tut they find particularly useful? (I don't want all that 'go search on devart crap')

Not all typography has to have a million words.

Correct.

Typography is all about the structure and style of letters, a typosig doesn't mean a canvas plastered with lots of random phrases.

Typography I think, is probably the most creative style, it forces you to do something completely unexpected and original.

What the hell is up with this "typography" fad recently? All half of those signatures are (yours included) is a bunch of random words with a billion fonts that don't work together and ignore basic typography rules. It's sad because most of the people doing these "typography" signatures have no idea about Kerning, leading, line spacing, ect.

For one, don't use two simular style fonts together, like don't use a serif and a sans serif (IIRC). Serif and a, say, script header would be fine however. Also most of the fonts you picked out there are horrible, horrible fonts that are probably gotten from some amateur site.

If you want to do a typography signature you're looking at something much different than what you have here. Focus around one word. For example, if you had the word "Wind" you could put it in a manipulation and make it seem like a tornado, or a hurricane, or any number of ideas. Typography is not the art of random type over a gradient.

Thru posted good examples.
