jjjon123
Help & Advice should have Graveyard Help & Advice -and- Tech & Computers (help & advice) (problems with Runescape loading and the such) as sub-forums... No-one scrolls all the way down to read or post in those forums, it takes days to get a decent reply! Please consider my suggestion as it would be a big help! 1,000 F2P Total Level Reached 10/8/10 ! dsavi
No-one scrolls all the way down to read or post in those forums, it takes days to get a decent reply! You can get help in T&C very quickly, actually. And since Tech & computers is off topic anyway, it doesn't belong there. I've always thought that T&C should be a subforum of OT. D. V. Devnull
I think a few "Pointer Stickies" would work better. There is no reason to split it up. :notalk: ~D. V. "I disagree with the thoughts of everyone who posted before me in this thread..." Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)
Mirror
I hate to say this, but "If it's not broken, don't fix it." I think things are running just smoothly in those forums. While it might make more logical sense to combine the Graveyard H&A with the normal Help and Advice, I would prefer to keep them separate. Call it community, or call it what you want, I think it would be best to keep them separate. A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind. n_odie
A long time ago I made a few suggestions about needed things in Help and Advice and what it came to is that stickies are already there, just few new users that come in with a question read them. :S RIP MichaelangelopolousThanks to cowboy14 for the pimp sig! InkofDeath
I was about to post about how H&A is good and shouldn't be touched, but adding those forums as sub-forums? Yea, that's even worse. T&C already has enough traffic going through it compared to other forums entirely centred around Technology. Yea, Tip.It is a pretty good place to go for basic tech help. Though T&C isn't just therefor tech help, some people are starting to post articles and updates revolving around technology in there...so the activity in my mind is picking up. Can't comment on GH&A. tripsis
As long as the moderators aren't overwhelmed with the amount of threads that they have to move (I don't think they are, but I could be wrong), then I see no need for a change. - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog
Laikrob
Tripsis hit the nail on the head here. :) There's usually not many posts that needs to be moved in that direction, more from General Discussion to Help & Advice. You're accusing me of bigotry, how ironic. It's a nice attempt at argument, but your responses are facile and asinine, if not diatribe. Who's arrogant now?
