January 13, 201016 yr But the skill cape you can just forget about it after you finish. Have you seen the amount of people with barely 13M exp, who dont train even 10k past getting 99? But almost every Quester will do the new quests immediately to keep their cape. But would they all do it if it was not required ? :???:
