I've been getting a lot of black demon tasks too lately, I'm considering blocking them(after I get my slayer helm of course).

I NEVER get Dust Devils, and now Lapalok has given me 7 tasks of them in a row. I would be happy, but I'm getting bored of them :evil:

I've considered this many times because the drops are so bad, but the xp is pretty good. I think next time I'll break out the old cannon.

I walk away with 100k in alched drops, various ranarrs, kwuarms etc. after a bad black demon task. Make that 200k for a good one.

 

 

 

And a LOT of crimson charms.

 

 

 

Black demons are good droppers.

 

 

 

Also if you think the tasks are too long. Take a glory with you. Cut the task in half. Go plant some snapdragons in between.

 

 

 

It takes only a minute to run back to the black demons in the chaos tunnels.

The only problem with the system we have now is that there are just not enough high leveled monsters to fight. If we had over 100 possible monsters on the task role, there would rarely be a problem of getting the same task after you canceled it.

 

 

 

Personally I am getting bored of fighting the same 5 monsters over and over. Slayer was meant to be a break from camping at the same monster over and over, but what it has turned out to be is camping at the same 5 monsters every other hour.

That would be nice indeed: a great increase in slayer monsters.

 

 

 

And also make them more varied in the way they should be killed. Basically all tasks are melee now.
