Some ideas for a bored F2Per?

I've been playing RS since about two weeks after the scythe drop hallowe'en event in 2004(?) but have had around 5 accounts, 3 to level 90+ (back in the days pre-pc when level 100+ was considered very good) so i havent really got much to show for it. I am now level 75 on my current f2p account Cheap Mark. I was wondering what do F2Pers do for a bit of fun? I'm getting rather bored of RS tbh and was wondering if anyone had any ideas what to really do next?

Well, at the risk of sounding cheap, I think a fair few F2Ps decide to become members at the point that you're at.

 

 

 

You're clearly stuck in a rut with F2P, and P2P offers a whole new world of fun possibilities.

 

 

 

If signing up for P2P isn't an option though... uh... I'm not quite sure :?

 

 

 

Just work on your lowest skill, I guess? :-#

Do anything you usually wouldn't do, ie. If you skill alot then do some PvP or combat minigames, or the other way around.

This seems to be another general trend people follow.

 

 

 

If you find yourself honestly bored with the game, take a breather for a week or two.

 

 

 

It's not going to be fun if you make yourself sit down and play it.

 

 

 

Edit: I also agree with the "doing the unsual" comment ^ made. I hate, hate, hate combat, but lately, it's all I've been working on - and guess what? I'm actually finding that I'm not bored! It's fun to try out new things. So like he said, if you're a skiller, try out PvP or general NPC combat; if you're a PKer, pick up that hatchet, axe, or visit a local stove, and give skilling a go!

Or try out Fist of Guthix. Join a Clan. Anything you like.

Try a thing called real life.

 

Its kinda fun talking to people and friends and all. Sports can be great nowai.

Ill tel you out of experience, i know how you feel. I used to be a member till Lvl 111. Then 5days ago i got mems for the first time. Anyway back on topic. Best thing to do in F2P is just to either try get a 99(cooking or fm) and then when you get bored of that do a mini game like clan wars or fist of guthix. Whenever i got bored in F2P i played FOG

FoG is really fun. If you truly are bored of RuneScape and don't have the money, are too young to have a credit card, your parents won't let you, or whatever other reason, I honestly think it's time to either find another MMORPG or try one of the above. ;)
