January 1, 200917 yr I've looked for guides, & I can't find any suitable ones. Does anybody know a fast way to get to 50 farming? My current level is 43, & I'm willing to spend around 100 - 200K on the next 7 levels. It doesn't have to be some really expensive & complicated strategy that will get me the levels within a few days, just something quick & reliable that will maybe take a fortnight or so. Try not to give me some over complex strategy. Links are most welcome. Thanks. Only fear God,Know the weapons of the weak,The weakness of the hard.
January 1, 200917 yr to guess you could grow toadflax and break even. But that would take a while. If you want it faster you might need to shell out some more gp to buy tree seeds
January 1, 200917 yr plant toadflax or ranarrs for herbs sweetcorn for allotments marigolds for flowers in fally, ardy, catherby, and canifis plant willows until 45 then maples curry trees for fruit plants
January 1, 200917 yr I did it by growing trees and fruit trees, they are awesome exp but a bit expensive... 99 Woodcutting | 99 Constitution | 99 PrayerScapin since July 05'
January 1, 200917 yr Author Thanks for the help guys, I guess I can increase my budget to around 700 - 900k. Only fear God,Know the weapons of the weak,The weakness of the hard.
January 1, 200917 yr Thanks for the help guys, I guess I can increase my budget to around 700 - 900k. Yeah that should be enough for the tree seeds. Do maples when you get the level and the best fruit tree you can.

January 1, 200917 yr You don't need to. Grow curry trees (I think you can) and grow willows until 45. Then you could grow maples if you are about speed but if you are cheap htne grow willows. (Note: sell the curry leaves (3.6k ea plant) Allotments are decent, not great. Do toadflax or ranarr and do grow marigolds. Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again

Uhm I think we are butcheing this topic so lets stop And let tc decide.
January 1, 200917 yr If you want cheap and relatively fast: Willow in fallador garden toadflax in herb patch under fallador strawberries in herb patch under fallador (sell them after - don't forget you can put in basket) Limpwurt in herb patch under fallador Willow under lumbrige Willow in Varrok Castle Toadflax,Strawberries and Limpwurt in catherby patch Willow in Taverly Each run should cost you 10k (including profit) so in 20 runs i would say you would get like 55 farming so... Good Luck (I'd estimate it would take about 10 runs)
January 1, 200917 yr Really, if you wanna do it properly, dont waste your time with allotments ALL the time. I find it good just doing willows and curry trees at my level, with some herbs when I feel like it. Allotmants would help too though. Do strawberries and basket them for 25hp p/basket when you're ranging somethinging :P I dont need a siggy no moar.
January 1, 200917 yr Author I've been doing willows for a test run, two of them died (with supercompost) but the other three were a success. Got 44 farming out of it, but I have some issues with growing maples. If willows can still die even after I'm a few levels ahead of being able to plant them, would jumping right into maples as soon as I have the level be very wise? I'm pretty sure they will die if I go & plant them as soon as I hit 45. :? Curry trees seem popular, so I'm going to try that tomorrow. January 1, 200917 yr 43-50 farming takes no time at all; just grow orange trees (curry once you can plant them). Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
January 1, 200917 yr Herbs, allotments, and fruit/regular trees. Honestly until about 60ish farming cost shouldn't be a concern. Just plant the best of the above you can. If you're a bit worried about Maples (and Pineapples if you're up to those), when move down a step. You can easily make it with 200-300k. ~It's Super Effective! (The Zaaps Blog)~My YouTube Channel, where you get to watch me go around and make a fool out of myself and all comp capersGuides:~Yeah I wrote them once~Suggestions:~Yeah I made those once~
January 1, 200917 yr chain farm toadflaxes and plant strawberries/sweetcorn in the allotment patches. I highly recommend you only chain farm and use seeds from MTK to raise your lv furthermore. NEVER plant anything higher then willows in tree patch or pineapples in the fruit tree patch, the price is just not worth it. Hope i helped
January 1, 200917 yr Hey! It's my favorite skill, but i've neglected planting trees recently :P And you'd have to pay the farmers to watch the maples IMO. THey cost too much to not. Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again
