Outsanity
It's buyable, yes, but it still takes weeks to get enough charms for 99. Also, charms are a stupidly common drop from a lot of monsters. If you made them tradable, the prices would be rediculously high. I'm talkin' like 5k per crimson charm and probably 10k and up for a blue. People could go to waterfiends, get near 100 crimsons an hour and make 500k and upwards just from the charms, not including the alchs and noted items they drop. Also, people who bursted at rock lobsters would make a profit from doing so, which really isn't what bursting is intended to do (unless you're pking with it.) I disagree strongly. Besides, it's not THAT hard to collect your own charms. So just don't be lazy. The skill is meant to be difficult to train and very expensive. That means only hardworkers and extremely rich people obtain 99. It should stay that way. |2,300+ Total|138 Combat|12 Lvl 99 Skills|99 Slayer|

Tesset
Here's why you can't buy charms. This skill was made to be three things: 1)time consuming. 2)expensive 3)complex, but well used. the three favorite things in a skill for most players. They respect a skill that is hard, useful, somewhat costly without buying, and complex enough that any noob can't look at it and say "I do this to get this."(farming being my example for this, most people will respect a high level farmer) My skin is finally getting softI'll scrub until the damn thing comes off
ROTTWILER2
If charms are not to b traded, I think there should be away to be able to make them rottwiler2
nightshade53
Bursting at rock lobs -> where do you think the money from buying the runes goes? Not to other players?
CheezBurgerz
Dude i support, but i think they should be high priced. (i.e. like 400gp/crimson) so that ppl will still go and get Blue charms would fetch for like 5k ea@! ~made by Silvermist82

I'm slowly changing my opinion. Charms being tradeable would just make it another buy-able skill. And no I say that bursting rock lob isn't called "buy-able". It's special in the fact that's it is so slow. People actually respect it.

People were paying 10k for one lousy phoenix feather, I think they'd probably spend about 5k+ on a crimson and over 10k on blue. Probably more than that, even. |2,300+ Total|138 Combat|12 Lvl 99 Skills|99 Slayer|
