Pie ftw amirite?

Honestly, I love this idea, its well thought out, not extremely over powering, and seems to me like a good deal of teamwork would be needed which I think our bosses lack in runescape so far. The only boss we have that really REQUIRES teamwork to defeat is the penance queen from the minigame Barbarian Assualt.

The rewards don't seem to be over powered at all, though I think it would make a big difference to the battlefield on games like Castle Wars, Soul Wars and Clan Wars, if someone has an etheral staff. Maybe have some sort of decay rate to stop a player camping a ton of mage xp, or a lower experiance rate, as it could easily bring a much cheaper way for 99 magic and hp for a lucky/rich player. Imagine the carnage one level 138 could cause with a full set of dark armour, and an etheral staff of (insert here) though. :o

All in all, 100% support, great idea, well thought out, whens it being put ingame? ::'

Sounds interesting, but that Staff will never happen.

Training magic will become incredibly cheap. I mean, you get a staff that provides infinite bloods, so all you need to do is buy air runes and then you get easy magic experience.

Sorry, but some of the items are too overpowered.

You missed the part where it says the staves only work for ancient spells.

I definitely support. I might not be one of those who will regularly go in to take on this monstrous challenge, but it's a great idea.

...wow.

You, sir, have my full support. Awesome concept, but i have to agree with everybody else that the boss attacks are a *wee* bit overpowered. I mean, 1 hit KO, even with an hp cape? :ohnoes: Otherwise, this would be the ultimate test of a monster hunting group. My only suggestion would be that, to help survive the numerous levels, allow a way to gather resources, like having a small fishing spot underground, something like that. Or, maybe have cache points where players could make a trip to level one, dump supplies at the point, tele, make at trip to level two, dump, etc. I give a 10/10

i think the attacks should be toned down a bit otherwise I doubt anyone would be able to kill him(101 max with melee :ohnoes: )

Other then that I love the idea. Perfect for maxed or almost maxed out teams \'

Pie is indeed good.

I love how the dungeon balances risk and reward so well. =D> It seems to me like the hard part would be getting through the dungeon. Once at Dracaron (is that right) a suicider could go in and take the first few attacks and lure dracaron away. Then the team could go in with dragonfire shields and magic prayer and only take damage from the wave spell. (Am I right that it only has melee and mage spells, and that he doesnt chase after you to melee you?) Since its max is only 30, it would be easy to survive, especially if they are using the new armour to lower the damage taken. Perhaps there could be a minion of sorts inside the room. The minion would use range and would die only when Dracaron has died. If its max hit was around 25 this could make the dungeon a lot more dangerous. Or maybe he could chase you making it like Commander Zilyana.
