January 15, 200917 yr I started work on a website yesterday, keeping it XHTML 1.0 strict compliant from the ground up- There's nothing to see right now, I haven't done the least bit of CSS at all.

So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends. January 18, 200917 yr I tried drawing something in GIMP but that thing is way too confusing for me... But if you want to use it I was thinking of something like "GENERAL AWESOME: HE EATS LIGHTNING" and had a picture of him eating lightning bolts.
January 18, 200917 yr Author Currently not going with the name General Awesome, in that I'm not exactly one for law suits and plagiarism and the like. However you can do whatever you want for it really. All help is welcome at the moment because, right now, it doesn't look like it's happening. I need all the crew I can get.
January 18, 200917 yr If 'General Awesome' is going help fight against injustices against the word awesome, won't that get a bit one dimensional after a while? I can see it being pretty funny for the first few comics but then it might become the same thing. The character himself is kinda original, but lately there seems to be an 'awesome' and 'win' fad going around. I was thinking maybe change the whole thing around to being something like 'Captain Awkward' or something. He can still fight for awesome but he can get himself into so many awkward situations. You have the option of Satire, a play on the whole idea of everything being awesome and epic win, and just have it about a bunch of awkward guys who are just ...awkward and have their occasional spurt of epic win every now and then.
