Georgelemmons
EDIT: I've gotten started, and still have some questing to do. I had only around 4M to begin with, and have spent about 2M, and probably will spend more. I'd like a nice way of earning money that, preferably, gets me xp. If I have to train a skill to around 50ish, that's not much of a problem, becasue I can do that in a day or so (other than summoning and construction). ~Thanks for all the help so far. : Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <

baileydafrog
do tears of guthix, it's a repeatable minigame after you complete the quest that gives xp to your lowest skill once a week, at low levels it's quite a few levels at a time :) that gives you a boost in skills that otherwise you'fd have to start from the annoying parts, also there are quests to unlock skills areas and weapons, wolf whistle for summoning, druidic ritual for herblore i think. if you dont have the money for a whip you may want to do some quests to unlock certain dragon weapons, lost city and monkey madness are the most important i think for dds and d scimmy

Georgelemmons
- Yeah, I love Forsakenmage . - I have 3M. - I do know my way around the world. - So far the quests I should do are Wolf Whistle and Druidic Ritual. (Does the nature tally require a quest anymore?) - Does ToG need any quests? Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <

If you actually need HELP you should go to a HELP chat, or these boards. Err... I've been in the unofficial Tip.It chat from Tipitchat to Lightning to Forsakenmage, more than a year. I think I'd know if they were helpful, and I don't need advice there. -.- Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <

Zimbu
really helpful to do quests, they unlock members, there is so much stuff to do, they introduce you to members This. I would also like to point out that the rewards can be pretty good as well. Quests that unlock teleports and transportation networks and 10k exp lamps will make things easier at start. I have 45 Slayer even though I have only done two tasks and just yesterday I went 29 to 39 summoning with ToG and then two 10k exp lamps. I also started my time in members a few months ago with agility. This is what I recommend: 1-25 Gnome agility course (8k exp/hour) 25-43 Skullball after the quest Creature of Fenkenstrain (15k exp per hour) 43-Agility Arena (Get Karamja gloves 2 if you have a lot of tickets to cash in) (28-30k exp per hour) At 49 you can try out the wilderness course and I've heard Ape Atoll is good at 65+. Also: -Get a Glory amulet (4). It's good for melee, ranged and teleporting and costs less than 50k. -Doing Fremmenik trials unlocks Archer helm and you can start Fremmenik Isles (just first 5 minutes of the quest) after that to get to yaks for training ranged. Red d'hide body, chaps and vambs, Archer helm, snakeskin boots and bronze knives will get you to 70 in no time without much money spent. Ava's accumulator from the quest Animal Magnetism would also help. Unholy book would need you to spend a lot of cash for it as well as doing a quest, but you wouldn't regret getting it. -Thieving from stalls is best done in full worlds and the tea stall in Varrock has no guards. -Farming is surprisingly interesting and even marigolds at level 2 are very profitable. -Try to get 70 attack for whip. I suggest starting out by getting an attack training weapon like dragon longsword (this too requires a quest) and getting the rune defender with it. -Barrows degrades slowly. Get a chestpiece and legs because they are cheap and effective. Torag plate and Verac skirt is popular even among high level players. -Dragon boots are great even if they cost a bit. Dragon med helm is a good helm before you do the Fremmenik quests. Obsidian cape is kinda expensive, but it offers good stats at the cape spot. -For money you can craft runes. Unlocking the abyss doesn't take that long. Right now you can do nats. At 54 you can change to laws and at 59 you can make double cosmics. It's actually very easy to make laws through the abyss. -Any extra points you might have in GOP should got to purchasing pure ess and in FoG I'm personally saving them until I can get Kwuarm gloves. Edit: Obsidian Split Sword + Rune Defender + Berserker Necklace is actually better for 65 to 70 attack than D long + Rune Defender + Glory. Much better. Edit 2: Added exp rates so that you can compare to Muggi's toy mouse method. I didn't know mice gave 25k exp per hour at level 1
muggiwhplar
If you're gonna train agility, use mechanical mice till you can use the wilderness course... it's TONS faster than the gnome course (like 25k xp/hour?) from level
Miss War
you should do member quests asap when you get membership, they are both worth it and will help you in the future, Miss Private Chat is allways ON, So please feel free to add me, I allways enjoy a good conversation and Im also a very good listener. Sorry, but how would I go about using mechanical mice? oh super! ur getting members. :o again i was never a member, but the only advice i can give is to do the quests that unlock areas and skills. and popular weapons. I'm doing Horror from the Deep, and then will train for my whip, and get a rune defender as well. Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <
Derrick44444
Do Lost City, and get a dds it will be your best friend very useful. I'd do Heroes as well for DBaxe, good special for minigames like PC. Shell out for the DBoots, best item for that slot I think? I would buy DH top and bottom too, you'll probably end up buying full DH eventually. Honestly I would just quest and quest until I got tired of it you get xp and unlockable areas and weapons. I would try out the achievement dairies as well. Both would introduce you into the members world. Wc'ing my way to 99 (Wish me luck)
