I rely on two things to keep my bank organised.

 

1st is the fact that my most used tabs don't reqire scrolling and the less used ones are kept as small as possible and I occasionaly reorder the stuff.

 

 

 

2nd is my capacity to remember when something was last used. Before the tabs I couldn't organise my bank because I would lose teh temporal order and it would unorganise itself anyways.

 

 

 

I have duplicates for alot of skilling stuff, and potions and herbs and runes (who would have 1 of each rune?). I can find almost anything on any tab simply be rembering when the last time it was used/moved was. for anything else I just search for it. There is only one skill that involves items I can't track, and that is herblore. I can never rember if I have seconds, partialy because I never do herblore except to make prayer pots and the odd anti-poison or whatnot.

 

 

 

The items I use the most (except chisel) have no dublicates. Occasionaly I do bank purges (actualy should do one today) to remove the useless stuff (keys are the worst, most don't go on the ring but I can only bring myself to rid myself of the ones I can replace evn if I will never use them again). I have an entire tab dedicated to various books and scrolls that won't go in teh poh. for those I should probably do what I did with the ghost robes quest diologe and turn it into a movie for later viewing (I can image doing that many screenies by hand, I just show down the playback and click quickly for frame by frame playback).

 

 

 

I just wish I could access my POH stuff from my bank. Its a royal pain to get armour from it so I never use anything I store there.

Yes I have placeholders for the majority of the things in my bank :thumbup:

Almost every item I have, I got a double for.

I get doubles of cheap tools mainly. Well, i did until i got frustrated never having them, now i have lots of each, so i always have one and it keeps the slot. (850 knives ftw). Other then tools, things that i use a lot of, such as sharks, monks, runes, cash, bolts ect, i always keep one of in my bank to hold the spot. But anything worth more then say, a rune pickaxe, i won't keep doubles of just for the sake of it, i mean, there is a search function. I would much rather spend 1.5m on a skill then own 2 whips.

I get duplicates of things like rune axes pickaxes and things like that from treasure trails, so I always have 2 of those. I sell the others though. I wouldn't spend 1.5m just to have another whip either. But if I got it as a drop I'd probably keep it for that.

I get multiples of items that I often use, or that people often buy overpriced. I don't find it necessary to get multiple hoods or skillcapes, though. I generally just wear a particular skillcape, so there is nothing to cause a disarray anyways. I always end up immediately fixing any mess that I make as it is. :

Perhaps Jagex can implement a standard bank holder for all items into the game so we don't have to buy 2 of everything?

 

 

 

(For example, the bank will have a button that says "Set bank slots" and then you can rearrange everything as you see fit. Then click "Finish" and it will take you back to your bank. If you remove an item, then the item will be withdrawn, leaving a blank space. Dunno how adding new items would work, though. You can add ideas if you want.)
