They are all worth getting in my opinion, only if you can afford it (and judging by your grammar, spelling, and stats, id say you CAN'T afford a regular blessed spirit shield). I believe the elysian spirit shield to be the best, by far (unless your not worried about loosing prayer points). Do you have 90+ mage and range? 70 prayer? All skills to quest-required levels? Is there a useful 99 you've been wanting? Prioritizing is important, and remember, skills are better than luxury items. The spirit sheild isn't really worth it at your level to be honest, I think you should spend some of your cash and get some good skills up to 99.
