So basically what I'm asking is how much hp does it restore an hour aprox.? Approximately 120hp per hour then, I suppose. Combined with Rapid Restore Prayer, it's 3 per min, or maybe 4... Combined with a Bunyip, which heals 6? hp per minute, that's a max of 10hp per minute... but that's mostly guesses, you're going to have to do your own tests.

January 19, 200917 yr It stacks with Rapid Heal, which means it heals 240hp (180hp compared to no prayer and no bracelet) per hour. It's very worth it if you don't have barrows gloves, and even if you do have them they're still useful. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
