January 23, 200917 yr I've never had this sort of dilemma when it comes to video games, but I can't decide on which game to get or at least first for that matter. I can't decide on getting either Fable 2 or Fallout 3. I know both have done very well with reviews which is probably what makes it hardest for me to decide. I loved Fable but it was really short. I ended up getting bored of Oblivion after like 40 hours, but I know the two are different games (fallout and oblivion). So I guess I'm going to get right to the point, which one do you prefer? I'm looking for solid gameplay, story, gameplayer, personal enjoyment, um pick up and play ability. Any advise on the matter will make me grateful! I've had this problem for over a month now as sad as that is and everything I go to pick either game up I return empty handed out of disagreement like today I ended up walking away with the new prince of persia game when I intended to get Fable 2..
January 23, 200917 yr Both are good games, but you'll get more enjoyment out of Fallout. Fable will give you a little bit of a sense of awe-some, at least until you beat it once. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream
January 23, 200917 yr Not a fan of either but if you get any get Fallout 3. It will last you alot longer. Altho on its core IMO the 360 version is just Oblivion with guns. Tif 360 MGC Leaderboard
January 23, 200917 yr Having not played Faalout 3, I'm going to reccomend Fable 2. I definitely think you can get a ton of gameplay out of it if you're like me, and almost have ADHD when it comes to completing the mainstoryline. First of all, every area I go to, I do a full sweep for every kind of collectible: keys, chests, gargoyle heads to destroy, and once i had the money, houses to buy. Then every subquest until I figured I should get on with the main storyline. What is taking me about 10 minutes in my re-playthrough took me about an hour before. There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. Thatregret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new, better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret. It's experience.
January 23, 200917 yr I'm looking for solid gameplay, story, gameplayer, personal enjoyment, um pick up and play ability How about this, forget Fable and Fallout, go Bioshock! 100% F2P99 Defense, Tuesday February 10th 200999 Attack, Tuesday May 26th 200962,189th to get it
January 23, 200917 yr I'm looking for solid gameplay, story, gameplayer, personal enjoyment, um pick up and play ability How about this, forget Fable and Fallout, go Bioshock! Unless he already played/owns it. I've only played fable2 so I can't say which you should get. Fable 2 is good, however it may get boring after 1 play through. If you choose your beliefs/lifestyle simply based on what your parents want, then you are a weak minded individual and are not even worthy of calling yourself a person.
January 23, 200917 yr I haven't played Fable 2, but it has to be better than fallout 3 was. Fallout 3 was a major disappointment for me.
January 23, 200917 yr Author Bioshock, hated it. So far I've got from the people who've played Fable 2 is that they really enjoy it but not much to much replay ability. Also Fallout 3 is long, and a disappointment to some. I think I'm going to go with Fable 2 after reading everyone's opinion. For anyone whose played Fable 2 can you get at least 20 hours out of it?
January 23, 200917 yr If you stretch it, and get the downloadable content. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream
January 23, 200917 yr Actually, Fallout 3 is being updated with a less dissapointing ending to the main quest. Fallout 3 is so much better. Get back here so I can rub your butt.
