Most girls turn into women before boys turn into men. Emotionally, mentally, no. In terms of personality, I haven't found that gender makes a difference in maturity. Quite ironic how the people who say that other people need to be more mature are the real immature ones by bringing it up in the first place. Sexually, emotionally, behaviour-wise, chemically. Mature: Pertaining to or characteristic of full development. One could argue you are not mature untill you are past 18, legally an adult. Again this is a self imposed boundary. How can you even define mature ? By the way they speak? By the number of hairs in their armpits ? That's the [bleep] I tolerate in class.
