January 26, 200917 yr Pat, this is awesome! Congrats! Keep going with vectors like this, they seem like you're thing : My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.

January 26, 200917 yr This looks great Pat  You've already said what I think you need to improve on, though I'd suggest trying you clean up the choppiness in some places a little bit. 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
January 26, 200917 yr You've just traced over it, there's not much skill there. It's how most people start out in vectoring. Many tutorials tell you to practice by copying first. But that was real life stuff... Like a person, not a cartoon character. I think you know where your mistakes (Gimp) are so I'll not say them (Gimp). ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢
January 26, 200917 yr Author Ok I'll add some stuff to the list. Pyro--you mean the shading? or the figure? You are suppose to trace the figure with the path tool and fill. For the shading on this tut it says to use Black and set at 20 to 30 Occupacy(Spelling?). Ill make one maybe with just darker colors if that's what you mean. Star-Yeah I know I just like how smooth gimp is Layers and tools wise. More Familiar. I'm trying to get more accustom to Inkscape by doing pure drawings and maybe a vectoring of an image. Longest post maybe? I Support TET!| If you want bunny PM Me.|Click For My DevArt^ Cowboy is the Best ^IT'S A TRAP SHINY JUST WANTS TO STALK YOU.Hell yeah I do. You aren't supposed to trace it, you use the picture as a reference and make the lines yourself, by eye. Cartoon characters are fine to start off with, they're simple lines anyway. Try vectorising a photograph in the future, it's much more challenging.
January 26, 200917 yr pyro, thats how everyone (most of everyone) starts vectoring. you need to slowly practice and eventually once your better do it by eye 1980 Berlinetta with a 350, bored, mild cam, intake carb, headers, exhaust
