Hey guys...i chanced that mage dude in the chaos tunnel..and ended up at the room with a lvl 264 bork...i was wondering how do i go about defeating this lame armoured org. And reminder that the mage dude also attacks you and he is a non attackable npc...he chuked 25's on me :( :evil:

Wear your best d'hide or mage armor, pray melee and slayer dart. It's the easiest and safest method out there. You can always substitute slayer dart for whip/def but thats only if you have 80+ str/att :?

Yes, you don't wear Morrigan's gear to pvm.

 

 

 

Karils, black dhide, anything with good defence bonus is good enough at your levels. The mage hits you less than every two seconds, so you have plenty of time to eat. Just remember to pot up before the battle and have 4+ prayer pots and good food. Your prayer turns off when you enter so remember to put it back on. It's an easy fight. I have lower combat levels than you and I do it routinely with black dhide, whip and prayer boosting gear.

I first did CT with full karils w/ neitiznot, skillcape (t), whip, defender, glory, and dragon boots while praying melee. To be honest, it was much easier than I expected. I had maxed magic though, and Surok bounced attacks very often.

However, you can always Safespot him and Range/Mage away, while using protect Mage. For safespots, refer to my summoning guide in my siggy.

I just piety+pro melee the whole fight in lady cai's setup, using d mace/d hally for specs. Out of like 120 borks I've only ran out of pray once.
