Atreyux2 Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 Well I run a clan, and i can not lead like i used to, But i still want it open and nobody has stepped up to fill the leadership postitions. I will advise the clan and help you as much as possible, note; i work full time and full time college so i can only help so much. We are an honor clan i assume, we do Pvp Pvm and i need 3 clan leaders and 3 council members 2 generals 5 event managers I am looking for some leaders. What you need: 108+ cb Will commit 99% of your time to the clan Knowledge of Admin Cp or a quick learner Well liked Awesome leadership skills Plays runescape daily Can attend every event Great Recruiter and promoter Patient Strong willed Won't give up Level headed [won't get mad] not power hungry Self motivated High council: Same as above, just a little less stress great for intermediate leaders General: 110+ battle trained knows all the best of the best great tactics good mind Event manager: entry lvl leaders no exp needed you need to set up events for people attend work closely with leaders and high council but you do need to lead your event and be a full time rs player Applications Taken on my site rs-infamous.com Thanks ~Atreyu2 We are an american clan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you let an outsider gain total control, your members won't follow in my opinion. If your clan has no one who is cappable of running it, close it/leave it as community and join to a clan thats working already. Your basically asking some one else to do work which you take credit for.. As a last resort you could merge your clan into another...
