I'd personally go with parts of the arms and legs, muscle you don't need to browse tif and play videogames is pointless. Maybe he should only live off of celery and water for a few weeks.

 

But then again, there's always anorexia and bulimia.

Thanks a ton for the support, this thread was dying out and I didn't want to bump it or something, but I was trying to find a diet that I could stick to, and now that we have vacation for a week it's going to be even harder to not snack all day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Watch that ;) ..... Its so true , If you go on Atkins/ Anabolic diet you can snack on things like nuts and cheese which are nice :). Although remember the weight you lose at the start of an anabolic diet will be water and glycogen . You still need a calorie deficit to be honest. Good luck again

no one said you can't snack all day. just make sure you snack on low-carb stuff like meat. honestly, you should've had a more organized plan. what exercises you'll be doing, food you're eating, restricting junk food, how much weight you plan to lose, etc.

I failed this task, it's only 2 days into the vacation and I already went out to Friendlys, got take out Pizza and drank probably 8L of Soda.

8L OF SODA!! :o Was it diet lol? I found drinking pepsi max a great help in losing my weight

 

 

 

Start again if you failed ... I always had my ups and downs during losing weight ....

Limit yourself to 1 soda a day for a few weeks then 1 soda every other day for a weeks and so on until you only drink soda on occaison.

Get a cilice for a weight loss belt. Tighten it when you go off your diet. Make sure it's sharp.

My Body fat percentage was 27.7 :oops: but I played one season of football (american) and started lifting and got it to 12.5 in 6 months. Diet soda is bad if it has phosphoric acid in it.

You don't have to power walk on account of how goofy it looks and obviously strolling isn't great. Just a fast walk will do.
