I have yet to understand why people don't seem to look up old threads. There must be dozens, maybe even baker's dozens, of threads like these.

Anyway, buy all essences you need and either:

Get some air RC gloves from FoG, and then simply craft airs. You get 5 airs, which translates to 65 gp per essence and enough to cover the 44 gp cost of essence.

Or

Once your RCing is at 52 or higher, get some earth RC gloves from FoG, and then simply RC earths. 3 earths per essence at 52 gives you 48 gp, which covers the 44 gp cost of essence. This is faster xp and probably one of the best ways until lvl 77.

well i see u havent posted your rc lvl yet. (or maybey i over looked it )

Anyway seeing as i am also f2p i trained my rc basically with air, water, and earth runes. and i used all these with Fist of Guthix gloves u can get from the minigame. It realy depends on what u want to do. Using the gloves gives realy, realy good amounts of xp earned, although if u dont like playing FOG then i would suggest Airs all the way. If you do decide to do FOG and get the gloves u can only have 1 untill the rest degrade and u can get about 1k charges out of each pair. Once u hit lvl 30 though i strongly suggest u get the earth runcrafting gloves seeing as they will get u to lvl 50 So Much QUICKER! good luck and hope i helped :D  =D>

Seeing your 51 RC, that means you can do Great Orb Project.

I'd really implore you to use it, with a 50/50 method. I think it's W22 for F2P, don't take my word for it though.

Combine it with Elemental Gloves from FoG, if you'd like, and a Lumbridge Ring (2+, I believe?) is definitely good (dare I say: required). Craft only the Elemental runes, in order: Air/Water > Water/Air > Earth > Fire. Don't bother with Mind and Body runes. Water or Air depending on what gives you maximum profit. Use their corresponding gloves for double double xp (you already get 2x xp from any rune you craft within the game).

Use the tokens you receive at the end of the game to buy Air or Water tablets. Again, depending on which gives you the most money. Use Lumbridge ring for quick banking (relatively) and more runes. Combine this with FoG gloves for more xp if you'd like.

Best training method on F2P, I believe.

I've been using this method for a while.

Reach level 44 (which you have) and buy 5k rune essence. Although, with the new guild implemented a while back, you can spend a little time getting the tokens, crafting extra runes etc.

Once I would get my 5k essence, I'd craft the airs, sell and bank the profits. After a little while I'd have quite a bit of extra money and just craft fires, they don't give any profit til the higher levels, which is why you use the profits, rather than the savings. Fires are more experience, and just about the same walking distance.

I don't use gloves as they are annoying to get, and very time consuming to get the tokens for the recharge.
