Currently I'm wearing: Head: Helm of Neitznot Neck: Amulet of Fury Cape: Cape of Legends Chest: Bandos Chestplate Legs: Verac's plateskirt Feets: Dragon Boots Ring: Berserker Ring Gloves: Gloves -Barrows- Weapon: Abyssal Whip Shield: Rune Defender (If it makes any difference? I don't know :shock: ) And my stats are shown in the signature :
February 25, 200917 yr Neit helm gives a bigger strength bonus. Look at the item comparison: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?i ... it=Compare On one hand, Veracs gives better def. It depends on your situation. I personally always use my Neit because it doesn't degrade, and the +3 strength helps. (Unless I'm slaying of course.)
February 25, 200917 yr I just use veracs over neitz when i'm doing sara/arma GWD or wearing full veracs. Neitz is very good helm, cause of its str bonus 8-)

February 25, 200917 yr Verac's helm is extremely useful for many many situations. But I would stick to the neitiznot for regular training. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

February 26, 200917 yr Veracs vs neitz is situational. Veracs if you need to extra defence or the set effect, neitz everywhere else. If you alreay have the skirt and body then buying the helm and flail wouldn't hurt as its a very useful boss set.
