As well, it is great for any monster which requires head gear to kill, although it does not give its %15 bonus to attack and strenght. March 15, 200917 yr NOT worth it UNLESS you already have as many as you can blocked, blocking monsters is far more useful, as almost all monsters that slayer helm is more useful for (that need diffrent headgear) you can use slave ammy, the only one you need somthign besides blk mask to kill and is NOT undead is dust devils, but i rarly get those.. first perm block all the tasks you can then get helm XBL gamertag: SeismicTriangle
