Aeriath
I am almost finished this pixel, but I have no idea about how to do the water, what is missing? Curse you Nomad!
terley
omgs very nice Aeriathy :D nothing particularly wrong with this sig but yeh your missing some waves and reflection in the water, its a quite large view of the water so you'd expect to see maybe some cloud reflections and maybe being able to see some fish swimming around? its a nice lightsource choice, makes it seem as if its really sunny (around mid day or sumit?) but your still missing some shadows from under the platform thingie, and maybe try not to use a black outline for that skeleton character cus it kinda looks outa place with the rest of the sig tho it could just be that its a wip and youve just not done it yet :S ?? well exellent improvement from what I can see but make sure you add some darker tones into the sand and highlights on the water to bring it to life  .. 7/10 so far cus im just in a happy mood :D! cupcake
The waves released from the moment that thing pull out the lobster cage from the water surface.
Aeriath
Well, I looked at the CC, and this is what I came up with: Curse you Nomad!
NuZzA
looks great, maybe make the water a tad draker, like a ocean or sumthing, unless it's set in the tropics :? and maybe save it as PNG for better quality
kobbo
Shading? ;D
SubDivi
I'd take out that added swordfish, as swordfish in life are.. well, generally as big as a human. In other words, it just horribly screws up your perspective. For your water, reflections on sal[bleep]er are hard to see, so no need to make them, really. To make the water seem deeper you can add purple hues in some deeper areas; you can do that without messing up your 'feel'. That and.. possibly explain to me why one needs a dock when it only goes out inches into the water. To tell the truth, with the calm and clear water it seems like a tropical inlet like you'd find at the florida keys. - you might better pass things off with semi-transparent tropical water shallow enough to see coral and a longer peer to surround yourself with water. It's help your 'lobster' fishing too.

I can see it on my computer, but my screen can be a hinder at some times. Maybe I should put more contrast into the shading. Curse you Nomad! Jervi
add some more shading underneath the platform on the sand and abit on the water maybe. and yeah, save it as a png or gif file. png for better quality, gif for low file size. NuZzA
still, i think it should be darkened, and like terley said, add some reflections of the whole thing. It'll make it look a whole lot more realistic
Aeriath
I just seen this post. I'd take out that added swordfish, as swordfish in life are.. well, generally as big as a human. In other words, it just horribly screws up your perspective. It's runescape, how'd you fit a shark on a range? That and.. possibly explain to me why one needs a dock when it only goes out inches into the water. Perhaps it's low tide at Karmanja? :wall: you might better pass things off with semi-transparent tropical water shallow enough to see coral Not quite sure how to do that with pixel :| Curse you Nomad! Mercifull
Just draw corals and stuff under the water but when you colour it do it in a blue tint. Remember to save as png too. jpg messes up and creates artifacts Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. _k0m0d0_
Its looking better, and you should add more corals... :D
terley
This is what it would look like straight into deep water, the water goes really dark and dense. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ coral would look like this from above the water, i would be quite deep from the dock cus fish worth fishing don't usually come into shallow water, tuna for instance usually stay away from land and in the rarest of occasions swim to land in the few on a calm day. In a place like karajama island you may find a lot of colourful fish, tons of coral life (see finding nemo, the anenome and other coral things) a sword fish is very rare and you would only really see them in deep water, maybe around underwater wrecks and genually around places were you wouldn't find much 'man'. You see we disturb them :).. If that helps.. though it wont be that busy cus its a fishing spot.. My advice would be try to make it as true to real life as possible cus runescape doesnt make that much sense, like where exactly is our inventory? runescape is just adapted for game purposes so it would be hard to draw some runescape related things without some questions.. Aeriath
Sorry about the delay, had to get a pile of homework done before school starts tomorrow  Anyway, the way Terely suggested just didn;t look right in pixels, but I did edit a few things, anything I've missed?
