Blues are more like a rare drop, you'd be much better off gathering Crimsons from for example Waterfiends if you only need such little amount of XP.

Chuck Norris doesn't ever need a compass; he randomly points somewhere and north goes there in order not to anger him.

Gargoyles and Kalphites are your best if you really want blue charms, however it would be alot faster just getting crimson charms if you want to train your summoning.

Void spinners really aren't worth it, you will find that you still need food.

Drop rates are low for any monster for blue charms. It's definately less than 10 an hour for whatever monster you kill, kalphites (all types) and gargoyles just seem to drop them more frequently (even though they're not frequent!) than others.

This is a big maybe, but I remember looking through Qeltar's beastopedia and I found this page: http://www.truthscape.com/html/ts_BC008 ... Zombie.htm

Apparently, dried Zombies will drop ~9 blue charms an hour, without taking into consideration Salve (e) or a cannon.

So, these could potentially be a good source of blue charms, though I haven't tested it and I've never seen these mentioned anywhere else by anyone, so that might be a fluke.

If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.

Think about it. You're getting 10 an hour? That's saving 100,000 gp an hour.

You can make 300-500k an hour from Green dragons.

EDIT: Come to thihnk about it, you're saving less then that. When you said 10 an hour, did you count the time it takes to get the void charms?

^Slayer>bandits. And kill Bork; he drops 5 blues per kill as well as 7 crims, 2 greens, and a bunch of gems and coins.

Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
