Has anybody successfully got the phoenix egg from phoenix

Hello, I can't believe I am actually asking this question,

 

 

 

I thought I would get the phoenix egg someday, but it's been over 2 months...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You know the daily phoenix cave event that you can do?

 

 

 

to get 5 feathers.

 

 

 

 

 

There is a small chance to get phoenix egg when you click "escape the cave"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have been doing it since the first day it came out, and until today,

 

 

 

I haven't got that egg at all.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Am i doing something wrong?

 

 

 

 

 

Do I need to talk to the small phoenix everytime before i escape the cave??

I got mine in the 2nd day, its just escape cave that way...

You don't need to talk to the phoenix, just take the cave out (don't tele inside the lair). I got mine on about my 5th try, but on that try I got two phoenixes, since when I came out of the egg room, I went back to the lair, I used the cave exit again and got two in a row :thumbup:

 

 

 

It's a matter of luck though, I got extremely lucky.

Never actually tried again, though I think I might do it a while for the second phoenix. ^^

The reason I doubt that I m doing wrong is that I have been doing the same process

 

 

 

for at least 2 months...and until today I still haven't get the egg.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here's what I do:

 

 

 

 

 

1. After I did bork, i grab things needed for phoenix cave

 

(Things include dramen staff for fairy ring, knife, tinderbox, scatre..forgot how to spell it)

 

 

 

2. Tele to the place and enter the phoenix cave

 

 

 

3. start going through each cave and harvest the twig

 

 

 

4. at the final cave, fletch each twig and then light the fire

 

 

 

5. kill the big phoenix and then light the fire

 

 

 

6. the little phoenix comes out, I talk to him to get the five feathers

 

 

 

7. go to the south part of the map and click "escape-cave"

 

 

 

8. I appear outside of the cave with no egg....

Don't feel bad, I am just as unlucky as you are. I do it every day and I have gotten nothing!! I thought I was doing something wrong as well, I talked to the phoenix all the way through, asked all the questions, talked to the guy outside and asked all the questions, and still nothing LOL. Don't feel bad, just keep trying. The XP you get for doing the daily event is great anyways.

The fire making exp is very decent.
