My_Eggs
Ok, so I'm 70 crafting right now, and would like to get 75 to make some slayer rings. I might go for 80 so I can make lvl 5 stealing creation stuff, but it depends on how long/how much cash getting 80 will take. So, what is the cheapest/profitable? way to get to 75/80 crafting? I have about 1 mil to spend, but would rather I didn't use to much of it. Thanks guys. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Vulxai
You could use Superglass Make. Make molten glass and then blow into unpowered orbs to sell on GE (and they do sell). ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~

So making 15520 to get 75 shouldn't be to slow? You could use Superglass Make. Make molten glass and then blow into unpowered orbs to sell on GE (and they do sell). Whats the profit/loss on that method? 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Bladewing
You could use Superglass Make. Make molten glass and then blow into unpowered orbs to sell on GE (and they do sell). A) This is more expensive than Dragonhides. B) This is less experience than Dragonhides. Buy green leathers (unless you make less than 350k an hour, in which case buy the hides and tan them yourself), and make green bodies. You can use Stealing Creation needles to half your costs and speed up your experience. How to Chin Nechyraels for fast XP and profit

It's one spell per 13 molten glass (which would be unpowered orbs after blowing them). ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
Jesus_Status
you usually get i think about 16 or 17 per cast as you get extra when you use the spell
Bladewing
It's not more expensive, you profit! It's one spell per 13 molten glass (which would be unpowered orbs after blowing them). The only "profit" you make is by gathering your own seaweed or sand. The spell itself makes a fractional amount of money and xp, but only if you sell the glass. If you make it into orbs, there'll be an opportunity cost. So you could get your levels all by the superglass make. That's 45,750 glass you'll have to make, or over 2.5k casts and banks. Not really worth your time, as it could have been spent killing dragons or whatever you do to make money. Now back to making orbs out of glass. Let's crunch some numbers. Glass = 401 Orb = 280 Cost = 121 XP = 52.5 Cost/XP = 2.305 Consider green dragonhides with SC needles. 3 Leathers = 5436 Body = 4545 Cost = 891 XP = 372 Cost/XP = 2.395 So leathers are more expensive, right? Yes, but MUCH faster (at least 2x), even with the time it takes to get the needles. In the time you save, you could make back that fractional gp loss. Bladewing
I suppose you have a point Vulxai. Here's how I see it: A) He can do the "budgeted method", making a tiny profit and getting the levels, although taking lots of time. OR B) He can spend time making money through the fastest method possible (probably green dragons), and then crafting in the most efficient method, saving time which could be used to make more money, surpassing method A) in every way. Just couple hours, and i barely used much money to get them. I got them by killing green dragons. You might say "Oh no...it's always crowded there.", but there is a non crowded one with not much compettition. Later i got 4 needles, and after that i got 67-70 crafting in around 30 mins. I lost around 300-400K from supplies i made into dragonhidebody. But i was left with +3 craft level and 1.7m more cash:D Bad things: 1) Tanning takes some time but not a huge problem Good things: 1) Hard work that goes off fast 2) Cash earned 3) Fast crafting experience once you got supplies done for 4) Little supplies/cash used when getting the supplies 5) Just a great way to combine combat and crafting. So do you wanna know more?
My_Eggs
So pretty much just kill my own green dragons for hides then? How about bones... I wanna get 70 prayer and I'm currently 62 (900 exp from 63). Should I sell my bones and just buy them back later when I'm actualyl going for 70 prayer, or should I keep them and use them when I feel like it? 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. I will tell more in details, but i need you to tell me: Are you sure this is a option you are interested in? Because it's good but it requires you working for it, but it went fast for me... Your melee stats are good so it will not take long, so what you say? Want more details?
Theoknight2
Just cut rubies (you get to 75 in like 2 hours, i just did this) and make up the loss later. its a horrendous loss, but insane exp.

Hm in f2p at alkarhid I can do 850-1050 an hour, edgeville should be 1k-1.35k. This is pretty much for people that don't want to spend much money, and it is bareable 60-70craft, but idk about 70-75.
