They dont exist.....YET. Remember, Jagex never just says something for the hell of it. There are always intentions behind it. Well most of the times.

They are definately coming out soon, personally i think it will be after a new Elven quest.

When the first practically came out, everyone was wondering when the hallys would come out. So far 3-4 years nothing.

 

 

 

It will come out... when they remember to throw it in a new quest.

Jagex plans to develop the elven city that is currently closed to the eyes of the strangers.A quest or a line of quests will eventually reward players with the hally.

Yeah but in the end it all goes back to one thing: SPECULATION (alot like sailing)

first time ive heard about it , but it would make sense, lots of ppl were unhappy with how bad rolving elves quest was (master quest?? lmao), they probably throw it in with a new quest
