May 4, 200917 yr Level 3s. I find abby specters drop them a lot. I got 4 clues from 169 specters. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.

EDIT: Just asked around, apparently level one clues cannot give chaos runes, so according to that, you're lying.

May 4, 200917 yr When hunting for level 3 clues, just stick to Duradel tasks and a Ring of Wealth. I get clues at roughly 1-3 per slayer task and it helps you multitask those slayer levels up. I looked and can't find where he said he did a level 1 clue.
