Dracula_Magic
I am not sure if DFS would speed the things up actually, and how much faster it would be if i would use it I havent been hunting dragons for long time, but lately i started fighting green dragons alot, and im not sure if DFS would help me much at my stats.I know its always nice to have DFS,but maybe it doesnt make much diffrence My stats: 82 str and attack lvl 80 def I really dont know if i need all that attack bonus from the shield because i've been told green dragons have low defence zzZZ [- Glory From Beyond -]ZZzz
transcript80
If you have the money lying around, buy one. I like it a lot. It has offensive bonuses (nice!) and extra defense is also good. Youll get hit a lot less, saving food/inventory space and faster kills ->double gain! Since you cant use a defender at green dragons, I think it is it the best choice. But if you have to sell your whole bank in order to get it, the trusty duke-shield will do, especially with your stats Other data was removed when acoount got hacked... glasscube
I think the only benefit of DFS is fighting dragons - anywhere else I prefer defender. Help drive change Canada
Bauke
Defender is more efficient. But if you want def, the DFS helps a lot. And the extra +2 str compared to the defender helps noticeably as well. zotto
You can also use it for tanking black demons etc. Saves prayer pots.
cat666
DFS is only really good at dragons. Defender is better elsewhere. Even at Black Demons, I'd rather pay for prayer pots than the DFS. By the time you've bought prayer pots for the cost of the DFS it equals a hell of a lot prayer pots. Trust the Gene Genie!
Dracula_Magic
Is it right time to buy dfs since i've seen it started falling in price? zzZZ [- Glory From Beyond -]ZZzz
transcript80
It's in a steady declin for over a long time. Eventually it will stabilise, but for the 6 months or so that i have it, I lost a few 100k. Not a big deal, since I used it frequently. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...

gorgoroth
I like DFS for the Def Bonus. I usually do everything wearing Void + Fure, etc and therefore i need the Def Bonus now and then. DFS is great for that. **Thanks to Boo_Boy666 for my amazing Singnature**[hide=Slaytanicc's Achievments]|99Cooking achieved 24Dec 2008|99Strength achieved 17Feb 2009|99Hit Points achieved 8April 2009||99Defense achieved 29May 2009|99Attack achieved 2August 2009|99Ranged achieved 14August 2009|[/hide][hide=Guides by Slaytanicc]Aviansie Maging + Ranging Guide (Must Read!!)Iron Mining + Banking GuideGreen Dragons GuideAnkou Slaying Guide[/hide]
