May 18, 200917 yr Whats a good way to obtain mage xp? I'm shootin for 94, and not entirely sure how. I'm willing to spend 3-4m on this, so minimal losses would be nice. Considering Alching, superheating, and stringing jewelery.
May 19, 200917 yr Burst rock lobs. Spending 3-4m is a hopeless cause; expect to spend 15m+, but it's all worth it. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

Spending 3-4m is a hopeless cause; expect to spend 15m+, but it's all worth it. if you are lvl 87 magic expect a bit more than 15+ for lvl 94.Im lvl 85,and last time i calculated I would need like 40m to lvl 94,and it wasnt rock lobsters I calculated,it was apeatoll skeletons,and skelletons are faster than rock lobbsters.Considering you earn like 170k magic xp at skelletons doing it ofcourse (and that is higher line-some people says it comes 150k usually) zzZZ [- Glory From Beyond -]ZZzz

I just cheched the exact ammount of xp for ur character,and I multiplied number of high alchemy spells req with total gp loss in case u attend to alch yew longs. Heres what I came with: 56,686 of high alchemy spells required.Lets say you can alch 1000 per hour.Thats 56 hours. 5.555.228 gold loss untill lvl 94 Seems like you have nearly enough of gold,now manage ur time wisely :) . Good luck If you do something slightly better than yew longbows, you can do that easily. Yew longs stink for alching :wall: My skin is finally getting softI'll scrub until the damn thing comes off
May 20, 200917 yr If you have a gigantic stockpile of them, they don't stink, but I don't think he has that ;) . Use the calculators on tip it to find something that alches for a very small loss, break even, or possibly even make a profit. With the new alch update, alching is almost certainly the way to go.
