stonewall337
If you stand right next to him and pray melee protection over all you will use less food. Bring more p pots if you want to last for more than a kill or two. Ruby (e) 'til half health, then switch over to diamond (e). Void works great if you have it, but you can lose it very easily if your not careful. [hide=Drops]Araxxor Eye x1 Leg pieces x2GWD: 5000 Addy bar Steam B Staff x3 Z Spear x6 Sara. trevor92223
If you stand right next to him and pray melee protection over all you will use less food. Really? even while ranging? Wear karils skirt, black body, vambs, guthix coif. antifire OR dfs, wealth, rune c'bow, fury OR glory. Use a war tortious and store it with 18 sharks. Take 100 ruby (e) and 100 diamond (e), kill with ruby till he's half health, then switch to diamond. While you're frozen eat, since you wont be able to attack briefly, might as well use your time wisely If that quote is true kill him like that, if not (i've yet to test it) pray range and eagle eye(eagle eye anyway) Now to the inventory.... 100 diamond bolts 1 range pot 1 superanti poison 2 antifire potion 4 prayer potions 1 super energy potion home teleport Sharks tele to Wilderness volcano using games necklace and run all the way to kbd (you can't use a canoe with a summon)
stonewall337
Obviously you will use less food. More of his attacks will be melee, which will be completly blocked by prayer, while if they were all normal ranged KBD attack's, they would hit more often. I will thank you to think before you flame my post. [hide=Drops]Araxxor Eye x1 Leg pieces x2GWD: 5000 Addy bar Steam B Staff x3 Z Spear x6 Sara. I will thank you to think before you flame my post. i wasn't. i was being inquisitive.. to me it seems range prayer would be better ranging him from afar, seeing as he can only hit you with 1 attack, not 2. why use melee prayer when you dont need to? Kiriyama
Range Prayer does nothing. Magic Prayer will lower the damage a little, but not much. Standing next to him is and Praying Melee is the best way, it means he will rarely damage you. Do not argue back, this is a tried and tested method by many, and personally, having done the KBD in a duo many times, and having owned 5 heads over time (alched 4, hanged 1), with my mate getting more than his share of D Meds, there is no point in trying to argue against, considering together we commonly got 20+ kills with Terrorbirds (best we could use), with the pools active. Only in a large team, with 5+ meleers, should the rangers stand back. I'll put up the kills logs should you wish. Though with Solo, expect maybe around 5-8 kills per trip. I don't think either of them were really argueing, he just asked about it in a way that'd seem to be mocking, he was genuinly unsure as to if it'd work or not out of lack of experience himself. I don't see any flaming. :) Anyway, this method seems pretty good, I've been thinking about it too, I have 76 Defence and 85 Ranged, How many kills could I expect to last? I'd take War Tortiose, unless Terrorbird's energy is better somehow... I would like to get the most difficult 99 in the game to accomplish. which is woodcutting. because I had a drunken night in philadelphia and sprayed a fire extinguiser, evacuated a 7 story hotel on the philly stadium, spent the night in jail.. then got on level 2 prob & have to pay 50 a month because I have a job. It's their way of collecting more money out of me.
Kiriyama
Oh, take a War Tortoise. I recommend using the Ogre Pools for the Prayer Boost and "Unlimited" Run though. Honestly, I'd expect you to last at least 4 kills, if not more, however, your prayer level is more important, as always, I reccomend 70+. Everyonedies
^well with his stats i dont think he would get more then 5 even with a summon full of sharks. (i have 4 kbd heads) http://www.clanhavok.net/
Hubs
You'd destroy KBD. Anyways, just bring Ruby (e) until half Hp, then Diamond. Or you could try Adamant/Broad throughout. Bring your best Magic Defense armor, or Void. Antifire Pots, Super Anti, Brews (optional), Super Restores/Prayer Potions, Sharks/Monkfish. Bring a familiar; Type depends on what you want. BOB for more food, Bunyip perhaps, Fighting familiar for slightly faster kills. I can get around 4-5 kills with this setup and a Terrorbird, and none of my levels are higher than yours. Goodluck :] ~Fire cape achieved at combat lvl 80~BLOG~blog~BLOG~blog~BLOG~blog~BLOG~blog~BLOG~blog~

I haven't done that quest YET, but I'd imagine that'd help alot, thinking of it, what IS the Prayer boost? Didn't know there was one. You'd destroy KBD. Goodluck :] This is helpful, would this mean that the OP would get like 6-7 kills? I'm going to try it soon hopefully and post my results.
