Brain chem is complex enough that it probably has. Somehow - probably due to a decrease in stress.

Talking to someone you care about might help, just looking probably would, as there is evidence that says seeing someone you "love" triggers the release of dopamine, aka your brain's feelgoods.

When I'm mad I tend to type it out and by the time I'm done I'm not as upset anymore. Yeah, I read back whatever the situation was and it still makes me mad, but the initial fury is all gone, it just wears off with time. And by engaging myself in the activity of typing it out I lose the strong shock emotions and lose track of time so everything in my head balances back out, whereas if I stew and pull things from the past in and everything it just takes longerto get over.

Sometimes I throw up.
