Recap of last night: Went to Taekwondo. Was a good workout, and I got to roll around a lot for no real reason. Then I went to Dairy Queen and made fun of my friend because he was working instead of going to the CTF game in half an hour. Then I went to the CTF game. The teams got split up basically into guys vs. girls, except the girls team had the most feminine guy and the guys team had the most masculine girl. So the first game my team was rather disorganized, and we ended up losing. Though it doesn't help that the other team had hid the flag in an illegal spot underneath a trash can where we could see it. Then the next game we found the flag before they could find ours, and as soon as they stopped puppy guarding it I ran in and grabbed it no problem. At this point, I was feeling rather sick from having eaten to much and then running, so I decided to go home. I had spent the last game playing without shoes on because I had lost them in the other teams area, and to get them back I had to rescue them from jail. So I ran around without shoes for an hour, which wasn't good for me. I went to get in my truck to go home, and I got huge cramps in both my legs as soon as I sat down. I stood around until I could sort of walk again, then went back and got some water and waited there for half an hour. I eventually made it home and took a bath to relax my legs and laid down on my stomach until I stopped wanting to throw up and fell asleep. Woke up this morning and my legs still kinda hurt, but not nearly as bad as last night.

 

Tl;dr Don't run around for an hour and a half in socks. It sucks.
