Not much, and it's less gain than redistribution muscle/fat, but it's because she had to quit gymnastics and she has the freedom to go get whatever crap food she wants now. Months ago, I didn't see much difference, but in the last weeks I've really seen it, and it bothers her, and I can't fix it.
