My best friend has gained weight in the last year. Not much, and it's less gain than redistribution muscle/fat, but it's because she had to quit gymnastics and she has the freedom to go get whatever crap food she wants now. I think what bugs me about fluff's posts is that they're all like snippets from different stories. They never come together to form a cohesive point. If fluff made her stories have a point, or better yet, tie into the conversation at hand, they would be much better.

I agree. I tend to avoid taking anything, and I rarely get headaches, but if sleep doesn't fix it then I just take an aspirin or ibuprofen.
