I know. I've already seen via Facebook several couples from my high school have broken up since they've been separated or in anticipation of separation.

 

Really, I'd just like to tell her to feel it out for a few days. He hasn't even left yet. And if she can't handle it, she doesn't have to.

 

He'll be 3-4 hours away, but their relationship is so immature. I don't know what will happen.

Seems cruel, but that's what I did with my last relationship. She was becoming increasingly clingy the closer to graduation it got, so yeah.

It's really not that cruel. Some people just need the space to grow up. The person who gets broken up with will figure out, in time, that it was better that way.

What I hate is how their relationship has caused her to victimize me, but I care about her too much to be insensitive about it.
