It's ~$250 for college and you only have certain parking areas. The rest are for staff/faculty.

My high school charged $75 a semester for parking. You had to bring your license to get the permit and write down the license plate number. They didn't really ticket until last year, but you'd have thought people would just pay after the first $15 ticket instead of waiting until they've basically paid full price for a pass and can't park there.

Although, I heard people that lived in Nashville saying they paid $5/day to park around the schools since they didn't have parking lots. :|

I was about to watch that show on Netflix last night.. but ended up watching Doctor Who instead.

I don't know how they got away with charging that, it was ridiculous. But I guess they could claim "snow removal" and whatnot even though a quarter of the parking lot was just snow drifts last winter since we had to have like three feet of snow in December

Yeah, that's when you know there's too much snow.

 

I laughed though, all these stupid people were clearing snow off their roofs in late winter and then everything thawed a couple days later and it all would have melted off fine

Eh, not really. In the 3 years? prior to the completion of the Metrodome, there were at least 3 incidents in which tiny tears were detected but were only patched.

 

They should've known then that if a heavy snowfall ever occurred then it would collapse. They should've replaced it after the 2nd tear tbh.
