It's ~$250 for college and you only have certain parking areas. The rest are for staff/faculty. In the 3 years? prior to the completion of the Metrodome, there were at least 3 incidents in which tiny tears were detected but were only patched. They should've known then that if a heavy snowfall ever occurred then it would collapse. They should've replaced it after the 2nd tear tbh.
