Then you just gotta wait 6 months and take the test. I guess we have pretty lax driving laws.Instructors as in like licensed people, or what? All we do here is at 15, take permit test. 16 we get Restricted license with passing of driving test, 17 limited, and 18 full. And 16 is one non-family passenger, 17 3, 18 full.
